I got to know Hueway and Grace in Dec. 2009. And it turned out to be a very nice partnership. At first, I tried hp96, 97 to test their quality and service. In the process of the trial order, Grace was so kind to give me prompt information. The goods arrived just before Christmas, so I didn’t notify Grace the feedback of this order. But she kept telling me the updated information in this line. It’s not until after our holiday did I find that she sent me many mails although I didn’t reply her. Really appreciate her kindness!
As for the goods, they are beyond what I had expected in quality. So I followed up with further orders immediately. In our market, most are selling original cartridges, but after I knew Hueway, I found that I would like to explore a market for remanufactured and compatible. Now we are designing brochures with Print-Tint on them to promote products from Hueway. I believe I will win Australia market with the help from this excellent company.
