1. Selenium toner leak carbon powder

2. The printing doc and drum core appear 1cm wide lengthways black trace at the same time.
Ordinary customer concerned it caused by leaking powder too .The actual reason is that there is some problem with scraper shutter, which cause the powder on roller core can not been clear up. |
| 3. It is because the scraper shutter and the beside scraper stick to dirt or scatter when the lengthways black trace show on the printing doc. |
| 4. The reason for existence of transverse black trace on the printing paper is that the memory drum stores powder. Divert it for circles is ok. |
| 5. In case there is apparent bottom grey on the doc, this is usually caused by carbon or drum core. |
| 6. The color on the printing doc is asymmetrical with clear blank trace. Look the memory roller from the outside to see whether the carbon can be seen. If some place of the memory roller has carbon, while other place hasn’t, It demonstrates that carbon has been run out. |
| 7. If the printing results at a blank paper, you can first examine the printer. Once the printer is well, it indicates that there is some problem when install the selenium toner. |
