Use the solvent or change the print head. |
| 2. The yellow label on the cartridge has not been removed. |
Remove the yellow label. |

| Cartridge cannot be recognized. |
The ink out light stays on after installing the cartridge. |
1. The cartridge has not been correctly installed. |
Follow the normal procedure for replacing the cartridge. |

Take the cartridge out and adjust or clean the metal chip before replacement. |
| The cartridge carriage is not in place. |
Blank area appears regularly; at the meantime the noise is abnormally loud. |

Replace them with new ones. |
