When I was 5, I wanted to grow up to be a pro baseball player, the lead guitarist for Van Halen, and an archaeologist, all at the same time. More and more of today’s MFPs also aim to make their mark in multiple markets, and the Lexmark X7675 All-in-One Printer is no exception. On one hand, it’s an office-oriented machine that copies, scans, faxes, and prints at 27 ppm in color, 32 in black, and features Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity for your small workgroup. Auto-duplexing helps you save paper, and the 25 page auto document feeder (ADF) makes it easier to scan, copy, or fax multi-page documents.
On the other hand, the Lexmark X7675 offers a lot of the basic features you look for in a good photo printer. You can print PC-free via PictBridge and memory card, and you get a 2.4” color LCD screen where you can preview and edit your photos. In addition, the X7675 includes photo touch-up software and a toolbar with Internet-friendly printing options such as Picnik. Overall, the Lexmark X7675 looks like it’s got something for everyone at a reasonable MSRP of $150.
